IHEP Calls for a Negotiated Rulemaking Process Centered on Equity, Engagement, and Evidence
Published Jul 01, 2021The Institute for Higher Education Policy (IHEP) has submitted comments urging the Department of Education (ED) to prioritize equity, engagement, and evidence at each stage of the negotiated rulemaking process, including consideration of testimony, selection of additional topics, formation of committees, moderation of negotiations, proposal of new rules, and consideration of public comments.
