IHEP and More Than 40 Higher Education Institutions and Organizations Call on Congress to Award Emergency Higher Education Funding Equitably

The Institute for Higher Education Policy (IHEP) joined more than 40 higher education organizations, community-based organizations, and community colleges in asking Congress to award emergency aid to institutions based on a total student headcount, instead of a full-time equalivalency (FTE). By counting all students, Congress will more efficiently and effectively direct critical funding to the students who are most in need of support and the institutions that serve them.
