IHEP and 15 Organizations Respond to the Financial Aid Elements of FSA’s Draft Strategic Plan

The Institute for Higher Education Policy (IHEP) and 15 organizations representing students, veterans, and consumers have submitted a public comment letter in response to the Department of Education, Office of Federal Student Aid’s (FSA) draft strategic plan. The letter offers recommendations to strengthen the financial aid components and to provide a clearer focus on equity and outcomes.
