IHEP Among 15 Organizations Supporting Investment in College Completion in FY23 Budget

IHEP is among a diverse coalition of education associations, civil rights groups, think tanks, researchers, and stakeholders with strong interest in improving college graduation rates. This letter to leadership of the U.S. House of Representatives expresses our continued support for the inclusion of significant investment in college completion initiatives and asks for full funding of the Retention and Completion Grant program included in President Biden’s FY23 budget request.
