53 Organizations Call on Congress to Increase Broadband Access for Today’s Students During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Washington, DC – The Institute for Higher Education Policy (IHEP) joins 52 higher education associations, accrediting agencies, and non-profit organizations in asking Congress to support internet connectivity for today’s students by expanding the federal E-Rate program to postsecondary students and to expanding Lifeline eligibility to students who receive Pell Grants.
