Madeline Rowe

Research Intern

Madeline Rowe is a research intern at the Institute for Higher Education Policy (IHEP). In this role, Madeline supports quantitative research projects. Prior to joining IHEP, she has worked with the Council of Graduate Schools as an intern researching post-baccalaureate microcredentials, and has worked with the University of Wisconsin – Madison’s Office of Strategic Consulting, to support their policy library. Madeline is a Ph.D. student at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, studying higher education.

She holds a M.S. in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis, and a B.S. in Anthropology, from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She is a member of the Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE) and the American Educational Research Assocation (AERA).

Madeline is motivated to contribute to the work making higher education more accessible and equitable for all students, and creating a system of higher education where everyone can be successful. In her free time, she volunteers with Girls on the Run and enjoys marathon running.
