Access and Success
One important aspect of IHEP's mission and vision is that everyone who wants to pursue higher education has the opportunity to do so. Thus, IHEP conducts research on several different issues pertaining to access and success in order to provide meaningful discussion to the question of how to increase the numbers of students who are able to pursue higher education. The following are IHEP's specific research areas related to access and success in higher education:
- Economic and social benefits
- Student enrollment, retention, and transfer
- Degree completion
- Specialized student populations
- Educational technologies
